I'll defer to Tom and Ray of Car Talk as to the merits/ demerits of teflon
and toilet paper oil filters. (If you don't want to look it up, they site the
S.A.E. tests showing teflon works in reducing friction on start ups, have not
seen hard data on Frantz toilet paper filters, but give their opinions.)

Enter SLICK 50 in search, also look under "filter".

P.S. That twin cam engines work half as hard as singles comes from Pat Goss
of MOTORWEEK.
(And that does not include VW's V6...which claims twin cams but isn't: it has
only one cam per bank.)
