306 GTi Spotted in Michigan

I was driving home Friday evening in my 65,000 mile '85 505 Turbo Gas 5 spd.
when I found myself next to a Granett colored 306 GTi with Michigan "M"
plates traveling south on Telegraph Rd.. M-plates are special license plates
for Manufacturers. The driver and I waved to each other but I didn't get a
chance to stop him to talk. I did notice a small blue Pentastar in the lower
LH of his windshield so a pretty safe guess is that it belongs to the
Chrysler Corporation. It is common for Auto Companies to purchase
competitive vehicles for evaluation. Thats how I got to drive an 806
belonging to one of the big three.
