I used that aluminum powder stuff on my seriously leaky '78 504 radiator
(150,000+ miles) right after I bought the car, and almost immediately drove
to Chicago from Maine (27 hours). Drove the car for another year until the
sticker ran out (monstrously bad body, so it became a parts car for my next
504) and never had another problem...
