106 paint

Last week I took my car to a gas station and have it washed with high pressure.
Although the 106 manual says that the external paint , including the paint finish
has the quality to multiple high pressure washes, the follwing happened.
The paint which is under the wheels vaults has been slightly damaged (taken off)at some points, and the secondary paint (having a pale grey color) has appeared.My father said that this is a special rubber paint and the red paint which has be en damaged is a superficial coating that matches every car color. Thus, I will
not have any problem if rust etc.
I'm rather concerned because I know most cars come from the factory with a special coating of wax or tarmac that protects and repels water etc.
Do you happen to know if this product is sold anywhere?
Or what are your suggestions ?
