106 Rallye Boost

I have recently bought a 106 Rallye 1.6 lt. and I am interested in =
giving it some more power, not that it does not have it (105 HP, 900 Kg, =
0-60Mph 9.1 sec). I have though of adding a freer air filter and =
changing the CDI chip. Would this give me more power or not, the sales =
person at the company I asked for info told me that the chip and filter =
will give me +10 hp and a 10% more torque. Can this be true? And what =
else can I do to make my car quicker.=20
