I did this a few months ago and bust a clip or two, gentle is the word. The
center end of the trim strip hooks behind the grill . There are 4 or 5 pegs
evenly spaced sticking out from the back of the strip at a tangent to the
strip which must be eased out of their holders . Take out the grill and
work from the center it should be easier and safer I bust a couple of the
clips but it stays put ; I'll use urethane windshield glue when it wont
stay in without help. Get the park lights out too. Putting the lights back
in I had a bitch of a time with the bottom adjusters.I had to use a piece
of coat hanger in to the clip from the front to get the adjuster back
together .Good luck. I'd put a big soft pad on the floor 1. to kneel on and
2. to catch the light when it falls. At over $200 a pop I could probably
hear you crying from here in Winnipeg if you bust one. Lube all the
adjusters with something and get them turning smooth and easy because when
they get stiff the extensions bust off quite easily. Get all your 1/4
drive stuff together , maybe even blow $7.50 on one of the new Craftsman
1/4 dr. 10mm flex sockets. Like I said it's been a few months and it is a
little hazy now . I do remember it was in and out a couple times. Murphy
