I need a pair of rear bumper shocks from a Peugeot 405 sedan.
Canadian models used them in all years . The US models
used them only from 02/89 which I think means only 1991
models as there were no real '90's. In so far as Austrailia, UK and the
rest of the planet I have no parts fische so no knowledge. The
P/N for the shocks is 7414.60 . The origional fitment for the US was
a tube with a U shaped spring welded to it . The tube goes into
the body and the spring is bolted to the bumper. This kind is no
good to me, I need the real bumper shocks. I have the Mars rover
looking for a pair but if anybody knows of a wrecked '91 in the
US that would be easier and probably a little cheaper.
Almost desparate,
