I also think that Jordan would begin to win races and score points if
they had Peugeot for another year. It seems they are just getting the
chassis right and they have talented young drivers.
Trulli is probably a good bet to be the number two behind Panis. But, The
quest for all French may lead to Alesi (heaven forbid!). There was talk
about six weeks ago that Prost was courting Villeneuve. That would be
outstanding. Has anyone heard about Pollock's attempt to purchase Tyrell
lately? That deal would move Villenueve that direction but I have not
heard anything for weeks.
There is talk that Both Benetton drivers are on shaky ground after
Wurtz's performances. I heard today that Berger may move to Indy for a
drive with Penske. He would replace Al Jr. who has been uninspired of
late.
