I don't think it's the case in my area. I'd gladly remove this CC - if I
only knew what it looks like! I had the middle section and the rear
silencer off the car, looked inside them, got a long pry bar and stick
it in there - no obstruction noticed. Bob Bruce was saying earlier that
the CC might be welded in the pipe. I found a metallic ring with holes
which lines the silencer tube and seems to be welded there - is that
it??
