I think the archive (http://www.vectorbd.com/peugeot/archive) has a lot of
stuff but here's a recap and maybe a few new things:

Exhaust System:

- remove cat if local laws permit
- change rear box (muffler) to one from Remus, Sebring or ?

Intake System:

- deflash, debur and clean up inside of plenum and intake runners
- match instake flange, gasket and head
- change throttle body to something bigger (many VW, Audi, BMW use
something similar that might adapt)
- change to K&N filter
- add revised outside air ducting (be sure to grab cold air)

Inside of Engine:

- add 11:1 compression pistons
- change camshaft
- see Flymotors link on http://www.vectorbd.com/peugeot/links.html
- baffle sump to insure there's no loss of power from crank whipping
through oil.

Ignition/Fuel Injection:

- change to a performance ECU ROM (Powertronics etc. (see links.html)
- change to Bosch "red" coil
- get Dewitt's Power Boost Regulator
- try different spark plugs (Splitfire?)

General:

- study what others have done. See Mark Little's write-up on links.html
- check on the 306 Maxi

Good Luck,

-Jim
