Sure it would, you could ship from New York City for the above amount.
The only problem once you get the car to Europe is getting it insured.
At the port, you can get one month's temporary insurance, after that
you're on your own...For this reason I;d strongly recommend against
bringing over a Saturn. If a windshield cracks for example, you'd be in
bug trouble, I've never seen a Saturn in Europe.

The 605 I saw last summer in South-west Ontario being driven by a PMA
test-driver had been in North America for over 2 years according to the
fellow. It had done about 100,000 miles during that time.
