87 505 V6-Rear Main Seal

I think I am losing an increasing amount of oil through a leaking
rear main seal. I noticed the other days that my exhaust before the cat
was smoking, which makes sense in the light that it's getting splattered
with oil.

If any of you out there has the shop manual for the V6, or just happens to
know, I need to find out the "shop hours" it takes to change the rear mail
seal. I would love to be able to wait until it time to rebuild the
ZF224HP, but I would rather "plug" this leak now, and take the ZF off for
a second time later.

Any ideas?
