So hi...

I have been reading old archives for months, and thought I may as well
start asking my own silly questions..

We have 6 505's...I have a very bad back- I have been driving Peugeots for
many years, we buy them cheap, my husband does all the greasy work, and I
restore the interiors, read manuals, and find resources...

1982- sedan sti (from texas, my current favorite, no rust, all the power
toys- very ugly rust color-used to be maroon) it had a bad steering rack-
we finally figured out that everything would fit together if we removed the
old rack all the way back up to the first joint on the steering wheel
post-it has a 1985 rack in it, and is perfoming quite admirably..drives
great, alignment went well...is this news to anyone?

1986- yup, a gas turbo with a recently acquired cylinder with no
pressure-it blew out a spark plug, the cylinder has never recovered...

and 4 1985 station wagons, all gas, 4 cylinder, no turbos

(one is a parts car)

Two of the station wagons have gas feed problems- and we cannot figure out
the proper way to remove the injectors

We got a fuel system manual from lew baille, but it doesn't picture the
injector or explain its removal.

Can anyone offer any suggestions?

praying for my asthmatic station wagons...
