If you have a water cooled turbo could it be leaking into the exhaust?

I need a new head gasket and an upper radiator hose for my Turbo
Wagon. The prices here in Norfolk are astronomical. Any help? Need
them fast.

P.S. I'm getting ready to tear the head off the car as I believe I've
either blown the head gasket or damaged the head due to over heating.
Losing much water out of the radiator and I have water vapor in the
exhaust. Any hints?
