Very likely the head is cracked, and will need to be replaced. The crack(s)
will run across the gasket face from an exhaust valve seat to the water
jacket. The radiator may be cracked near the upper hose as well, from the
excess heat and pressure.

Be sure not to drop the timing chain when you pull the head! You can run a
stiff wire through the chain across the tops of the guides to hold it.

A factory rebuilt head is $675, exchange. The necessary gaskets are around
$125. I have a replacement brass tank for the radiator which may be
soldered in, regardless of whether the tank or header is damaged, at $75.,
exchange.

You probably did not crack the head by overheating it. The crack came
first, causing coolant loss and subsequent overheating.
