This may not be your problem, but worth remembering anyway. Cheap tires, even
when new and "balanced" will shake at that speed, as they cannot be balanced
out. This is the case on the used Mi 16 I bought. New cheap Korean tires came
with the car. Had the best balance job money could buy; didn't help. New
MICHELINS cured the problem.
