405 GTX Engine in a 309??

Is it possible, and where can I get hold of a 405 GTX engine. I want
to engine out of the late 405's which have the 2 litre twin cam
engine. Any ideas?? Also, does anybody have a set of 1.9 GTi alloys
for sale?? I could really do with a set!!
