the symptoms-
last friday, we had spent the day doing errands, ran about 70 miles up the
coast, no symptoms...
On the way home, the car seemd to commence running on 3 cylinders...neede
gas pedal floored to creep up even a small hill...
we got it home. The next morning (and every time started from completely
cold since)
it starts up, and runs fine....for about 10 minutes...as it warms up, it
commences to run rough, and will stall itself out after running that way
for a few minutes....
I am seeking a source for the testing equipment outlined in the Bosch Fuel
injection manual...
We need to purchase a set of testing equipment...we have a spark plug
pressure guage and a cute little testing light..we need to test electrical
connections, conductivity rates et. al.
any ideas on sourcing?
we cannot just start replacing relays, to see if it helps....(well... maybe
we could..)
on the other hand, if this is clearly a problem experienced by anyone, and
you know the solution.....
I personally have no problem with "fix NOW, understand LATER"
I don't have nearly as much space for my camera eqipment in the '82 sedan
I have to drive instead...
sigh.
