505 problems

I have a 1985 505 gl wagon. I have starting problems with this car. It
starts weak( but starts!) when it is cold. It starts ok when hot, and
doesn't start when cool.( 1-3 hrs after shot down!). The fuel pump relay
is very hot. When I short 30 to 87b on the relay (power to fuel pump) it
blows the 25A fuse! I did this to try to check fuel pressure! I checked
aux air bypass (OK), cold start injector(OK), thermal switch (OK) but
power to injector is not there when coldstart. Any ideas?
