Bleeding a 405 radiator

Hello, and thanks to all who gave me advice on repairing my 405 DL's
radiator. I have decided to remove it this weekend and repair the leak with
some sort of epoxy (JB Weld seems to be a popular recommendation).
I seem to recall some discussion a while back regarding bleeding air out of
the cooling system after doing any kind of work on it. Is there a
particular way of doing this after I reinstall the radiator and refill it?
I have noticed, for instance, that on top of the thermostat housing there is
some sort of screw that suggests an air bleeding point. Can anyone help me
with instructions on how to bleed the system of air, or tell me if this is
necessary at all? Thanks again for your responses to my first question!
