A couple of years ago, I had a Honda that the guy before me had put
retreads on... and one time going down the highway... the treat began to
come loose, and it shimmied and banged the bejesus out of the wheelwell....
I thought armaggedon was nigh. I couldn't find anything wrong with it with
a quick look on the side of the road, and so perhaps it is a tire problem
too. That doesn't explain the incidence of it arising when you are turning
though.... *shrug* I suppose we can only pull from our own experiences.
