Do not despair. The head could probably be fixed, and you have several
options. Get a head from the US (twilight zone isn't it?), or have it repaired or
find a replacement.
Peugeot Sport near Paris (Velizy) sent their 505 stock to:
FL Development (Frank Liotard) and Danielson (Magny Cours). I dont have their
complete address handy, but a call to Peugeot Sport would surely help or wait till when I
get home tonight, I'll post their contact info. Also, check (se sont des

Also, check the catalogues for GT2i, Oreca et BPS rallye. I did go the round
of various used parts (demolisseurs) places in France and came up empty
handed in term of Danielson or regular turbo heads.
