Hi everyone and Happy Thanksgiving:

I am in process of replacing brake pads on my wagon and noted the rotors
were showing signs of wear. I measured with calipers and found them to
be 11 mm (L) and 11.2 mm (R).

The haynes book says that its time to replace if rotors are less than
10.75 mm. (no-vented).

My question is, given that the rotors are not very far off from the
10.75 tolerance limit, should I replace both pads and rotors while I am
at it or does it take a while for a rotor to loose .25 mm in thickness
in which case i am happy to just replace the pads.

The rotors are not grooved so do not require turning; if they did the
point would have been moot.

Thanks

Anup Pahari
