Where's he going to get a dvm that simply plugs into the lighter socket,
stays there with no hands, is visible night and day without running down
the battery for "a few bucks more" than $6?
And if he got one, would it provide any more *useful* information for
diagnosing charging system problems than the 0.4V increments through the
normal voltage range provided by the 3 leds of the Radio Shack meter?
I have several dvms but I use the led meter while driving, and recommend to
virtually everyone with a Peugeot.
