Well, you have a STX, which came with ABS as standard. You may want
to check all the brake lines. Check to see if your bleed valves are properly
closed. Check you front brake lines for fatigue. Last check the electropump.
Facing the engine from the front of the car it is on the bottom left side of
the ABS block. Sometimes the units go and leak. Start the car and look for
leaks while someone applies the brakes. It is possible to buy a used one.
