Dan,

This info is available for free at the NHTSA web site. There is a search
function
that allows for specific TSBs like "brakes" "year" "model".The actual TSB
texts are available from the NHTSA at this site but it rerquires phoning an
800 number which is not accessable from Canada. It probably also requires
spending money.
I wish somebody on this list would phone, find out and let me know what's
up.
