Pep boys strut cartridges are almost certainly junk, unless they are French.
Even if they were French, they would not be as good as simply putting new
seals and oil in your old ones, which I hope you still have. You obviously
have ABS, which is why the standard cartridge won't fit. But you are lucky
because you can return them. rebuild yours, and preserve the ride and
handling your Peugeot was built to have.

The seal kits are $10 each side plus about half a liter of power steering fluid.
