leather seats

Because of lack of time, I haven't gotten involved in some of the more
serious mechanical problems of my 505s xn6 wagon. With the little
chuncks of time I have, I work on some cosmetic and small mechanical
items. One of the small items which bugs me is that I can't seem to
soften the leather seats. They are really very hard. I've tried some
conditioner on them (not saddle soap). What works best? Rulon.
