Try adjusting the mixture and setting the timing. How's the starting and
the fuel economy??? My Sti did the same at the traffic light and it would
even die. Turns out I have a valve seating breakage and need to replace the
engine. Had to Replace the fuel distributer too. Also try to check the fuel
pressure and the pump. When the pressure is of, your system might not work
properly.
