504 Convertible

I saw a 504 Convertible yesterday in Battersea Park in London. It was
black and absolutley gorgeous. I had only seen pictures of it before
and it is a real stunner. I'm assuming that this model was not imported
to North America??

It must have been a huge hit when it came out in the 70's. Probably
similar to the 406 coupe's present day success.

Does anyone on the list have one of these classics? Anyone know what
years they were produced and roughly how many where sold?
