I believe your right about the "use it seven years and throw it away"
ideology. Another problem seems to be people who want to keep up with the
Jones' and buy cars that they can't aford to maintain. that is the problem
with my Peugeot the DPO could not pay to service it at regular intervals
and did not do much "servicing" themselves. I ended up with a car with
mucho problemo!
