I have just had the assist go out on my brakes. It was intermittent and
then pretty much failed entirely. I haven't tested the air pump but it
is fairly new. I replaced it about two years ago. The hoses look fine.I
see something in the Haynes book about the possibility of a dirty
filter. Is it common for the nonreturn valve to go out or is the most
likely problem the servo itself? Rulon.
