If you're refering to the part of the center console with all the
switches: I can't remeber exactly how to undo the bottom, but I think it
was obvious. The left side must be pushed in and pulled away from the
thingy with all the gauges (whose name eludes me right now). The hard
part is prying the plastic cover off, its the triangle shape to the
right of the clock. Try to get it off without scratching it to much. You
should find a bolt behind it. I never took it off completely because I
didn't want to break the sliders for the temp controls.
