'89 Mi16 Wheel sizes ?

I've had my Mi16 for over 18 months now, and never questioned it, but this
weekend someone I know who used to work as a Peugeot salesman pointed out
that my car has the wrong sized wheels on it, and that the speedo and
gearing could be wrong as a result.

Mine has 14-inch wheels with 195/60 tyres. I know the later Mi16's had
15-inch wheels but I've always thought that the early ones ( at least in the
UK anyway ) were fitted with 14's. He seems to think that mine are not
original and are Peugeot after market ones. Is he right ?
