Try a K&N filter from a performance shop. I'm sure there's one that'll fit
the diameter of the turbocharger intake. It will provide a less restricted
flow, offer reusability, and is readily available. Perhaps one downside is
that it'll also allow more noise to escape and you'll probably hear that
typical turbo wine a little more. Personally, I kinda like that sound
anyway.
