Actually, here in Ontario and Quebec (Ottawa being on the border of both
provinces), where we use lots of salt, I have been struck by the fact that
every Renault I have seen (even the old Le Cars) on the road has lots of
shiney paint and no rust. On the other hand there are more than a few
Peugeots in these parts that look pretty rough in the paint and rust
department.

Question:

What is the logical conclusion from these observations?

1. Renault uses better paint and rustproofing that Peugeot
2. Only the creampuff Renaults are on the road -- the rough looking ones
don't even run
3. Even the roughest looking Pug is capable of hauling it's tired carcass
around town.
