Eric is right. There are a handful of scenarios. Restricted flow,could
be e.valve,drier,cond,or evap clogged or too much oil. Readings are hi
is v hi, low is v low. Un restricted flow,eg. stuck open ex. valve.
Readings are hi is hi low is hi. Compressor not working correctly.Read
is hi is low and low is hi.
BTW A book or automotive encyclopedia will cover this.
