505 "loose" drive train and Clutch not disengaging fully...I think

Once again this is on my 88 505 Turbogas 5 speed. When I'm idling along in a
low gear and touch the gas the car jerks forwards a couple times, I've been
told it could be worn differential gears. If someone knows if this is the most
likely cause, where can I find a new set of gears? Would it just be the ring
and pinion or all the gears?
The clutch is heavy on the car and sometimes the gears grind. Also when I
downshift to 1st while coasting slowly I hear the synchros whine until the
shifter is completely in first. I've suspected the slave cylinder. Any
suggestions?
