f***ing mechanics - 505 Turbo legal/mechanical advice needed

Hey, remember I said that those mechanics in Greenville put 10w30 fully
synthetic in my car when I
asked for 5w50, and then told me I didn't know what I was talking about and
refused to change the oil? I
just put my car up on the ramps a couple days ago to get the plug out. I
couldn't. I then borrowed Joe's
set of square drive sockets and couldn't break it loose with those either. The
inside of the plug is
stretched at the corners of the "square" from where the mechanics tightened it
down.

I'm going to take the car to a reputable garage to have the oil plug removed.
I'll have them write up a
report. If the oil pan's damaged and needs to be replaced I'll show the report
to the mechanics who
screwed it up and will ask them for compensation. I understand that 10W30
fully synthetic is too thin for
turbocharged applications and can damage a turbocharger. I want to be able to
use this as a threat to
have them pay me for the oil pan replacement (if necessary) without having to
take them to court. I need
some type of proof that the oil is inadequate and a way to prove it. That way
if I take them to court over
the oil pan, I can hit them with turbocharger damage also and perhaps have
them cover that as well.

I do have a receipt that shows they charged me 50$ for the oil change and they
put 10w30 in. It also
shows they charged 45$ in parts for the fuel line repair. They replaced 2 feet
of the return line before the
gas tank. The entire length of return fuel line from Peugeot via Lew Bailey
was 23$.

Please, if anyone has any suggestions, please tell me.

Thank you,
Alan Samet
