'89 405 Mi16 torque on crank pulley bolts

I am almost through with the timing belt replacement on my 89 Mi16. The
Haynes manual says nothing about the torque on the Crank pulley bolts (4
of them). It does specify a torque of 88 foot pounds on the "Crankshaft
pulley retaining bolt." I think this applies to the single 22 mm bolt
holding the crankshaft sprocket onto the crankshaft rather than the 4
13mm bolts holding the pulley to the sprocket. I can't imagine that the
pulley bolts need 88 foot pounds each!

Does anyone know the correct torque for the crank pulley bolts?
Also, what size of the star (torx?) head bolts used on the Mi16 head? Is
it T55?

thanks in advance
