When I turn the ignition key to "on", the various lights that are
usually on (oil temp and a couple of others) are very dim. If I turn the
key to crank the starter the tach starts bouncing all over the
place..this is accompanied by a few rather strange noises and beeps.
The battery is fine, all battery connections seem fine.
