I forgot to mention that after removing the motor you'll need to make an
actuator shaft. Though I've yet to ever do it, I think a 1/4" hex stock
filed to 6mm (.234) on one end and whatever works for your cable on the
other end will do it. For winter, I'd be tempted to stick it in full hot
and let the blower speed determine the "bake factor".
