My car has the manual type of heater control, and it sometimes bothers me
that the air flow depends so much on the vehicle speed, so it may not be a
good idea to stick it in the fully open position.
For example, if i am driving around in town i may set the heat knob to 4/5
or so, and the fan to a comfortable level, but once i get out of town and
drive
faster it gets _really_ hot (even with the fan off), so i find myself
constantly
adjusting the heater control after the speed i'm traveling , which is
probably
why they made the electronic automatic version in the first place.
Other than that, the heating in the 405 is the best i've experienced, it
comes fast
and if you set it to hot it _will become HOT_.
