Today I drove the mi16 to two very pricey and reputable paint shops in town to
get an opinion on this matter. pros at both shops said they would strip as far
down as necessary. If they found original primer to be good they would stop
there.
one gave me an estimate of 2200.00 and the other of 3000.00 for the full repaint
job. Lifetime warranty. I'm not biting ...
i'm still shopping for lower quotes. I have heard some nice things about the
manassas Maaco place from satisfied customers. thanks for the advice many of
you have given.
