I have a brand new 82 deg thermostat in my N9TE and the temperature needle
does not reach the second white line on the gauge while cruising. The only
instance when it will go this hot will be when idling at a traffic light.
Even then, the clutch fan kicks in, so I can't see how my 505 turbo could go
up to 3/4 of the dial, regardless of the driving regime.
