We might be overlooking the greatest automotive resource in the DC area
here...the Blue Ridge Parkway. Since all the tourists will already be in
DC, chances are it will be fairly clear, and, IMHO, it is probably as or
more beautiful than the Cherry Blossoms in DC. Any thoughts?
