That's pretty impressive service all right. Of course the extended
warranty is probably carried by a thire party. Maybe they are planning to
switch warranty companies.

If you brought them a set of four platinum plugs you bought at the parts
house for less than you paid for one of theirs, do you think they would
give you back your $60. in the name of customer goodwill? Kick some tires
in the showroom on your way in!

Am I too cynical?
