My hometown newspaper (The Press) back in Morris Minor imbued New Zealand
has a review of the Peugeot 206 GTI. The writer, who holds Peugeots in high
regard, thinks that the 206 GTI is a worthy successor to the 205 GTI. See:

BTW, Peugeot is the best selling European marque in NZ in 1998. 800 were
sold there last year. In contrast, Australia with roughly 20 million people
(NZ has 3.5 million) sold about 2500 Pugs.
