Frank,
Based on Haynes capacities (and my experience) you only get out 39% of
old fluid per change. When I bought mine used I changed the fluid 4
times in 90 minutes with short drives in-between to mix the fluid.
One drain = 2.75 quarts
Total capacity = 6.55 quarts
One drain = 58% old fluid left
Two drains = 34% old fluid left
Three drains = 19.5% old fluid left
Four drains = 11.3% old fluid left
A little fooling around but 4 drains = 11 quarts to get ~ 90% of old
fluid out. Not bad PM if you labor is worth nothing.
