You don't need a special wrench to turn 300 degrees. That is 5 points of
the 6-point bolt head.
After you have tightened to 40, backed off, and retightened to 15, in the
specified sequence, mark each bolt at a point (between two flats).
then move to the next point on the bolt head COUNTERCLOCKWISE, and make a
mark on the HEAD opposite that bolt point. Do that for all the bolts.
Then, in sequence, turn each bolt until the marks line up. That is 300
degrees.
